Are you sure you've posted the full output? (Not the debug log)
Also, try with node 12.

I had to downgrade npm from 7.x to 6.x

Yes, it is full. You can see it start with "npm install" command. But this is second attempt and part of packages already installed. First time was same thing.

I tried that too, I have installed the build-tools and also the environment variables are set correctly even i installing node-gyp -g, still i am facing this errors

Btw, are you on a 32-bit system? I remember having a similar issue on win 32 but I've never bothered to get to the bottom of this, since this was not my main machine, just a VM for experiments.

No its a 64-bit system, I switched to ubuntu now, I was not able to build it on windows

I was able to build on win 64-bit previously. Check the link I posted. Or use linux I guess.
