What issue do you have?

Hello,

When I want to synchronize It occurs nothing.
I have checked the synchronization via the test button.
It seems that it is ok.
For information,I have Joplin on all my items, on Android, Linux and Windows and it goes well on all of them.

So, I do not understand !
If you have an idea I will be Happy

Best regards,
Marc

Personne n’a d’idée ? / No idea ?

Au dessus du bouton de synchronisation j’ai noté :

Objets distants créés : 1.

Terminé : 28/08/2025 22:23 (23s)

Dernière erreur : Error: PUT .resource/f34809de0f7b419fa0f54d31c502425e: Files cannot be created in non-existent collections (Exception Sabre\DAV\Exception\Conflict) (409): <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> <d:error xmlns:d="DAV:" xmlns:s=" sabre/dav "> <s:exception>Sabre\DAV\Exception\Conflict</s:exception> <s:message>Files cannot be created in non-existent collections</s:message> </d:error>

Qu’est-ce que cela veut dire ?

This GitHub post seems to say that infomaniak doesn't sync folders that start with a dot and gives the same error you are seeing.

Thank you.

How can i solve the problem.

Is it possible to configure Joplin in order to have a directory not begining by a dot ?

EDIT - I have created a new profile other than the default one with same links and password and now the synchronization works !

I don’t know why but it works
