Plugin update process not working?

When I go to Preferences > Plugins I see the following:

But when I search for that plugin, I get:

There are no error messages in the console nor the log.txt.

For some reason there's no update button in my plugin overview.

Getting the same with v1.7.6

Same here; 3 plugins I'm using have more recent versions in repo (Outline, Note overview, Hotfolder), but no Update button.
