Plugin Request: Turn the selected note into a Sub Notebook

Hi

It would be nice if the user can convert the selected note into its own sub notebook and the note itself becomes the first note in the notebook. Basically the note's title would become the new notebooks title and the note itself can be renamed or not based on a template.
