Great idea, but... it seems that the use of (#) interferes with markdown language. Since I installed the plugin I haven't been able to use hashtags for titles ands subtittles, so, unless there is a fix for this (or maybe I'm doing something wrong), I will have to uninstall

Tbh I don't see an issue. If you want to add a title you just type as you would without the plugin: type # - the popup appears press space - the popup goes away continue typing the title Is it not working this way for you?

Hello. What are the advantages of writing tags within the text? What benefits does this plugin provide? I have about 300 tags. It would be nice to understand the logic behind it if it's functional.

Efficiency. I no longer have to click in the tags field. I just type the tag in the note, and the plugin places it in the tags field.

You can do some additional things with inline tags using this recent plugin. The two plugins (the awesome one in this thread and the one linked) can be used together, of course.
