I have many notebooks by the same name, is it possible to use a specific notebook ID?

@Heyooooooo , they confused a notebook id and a note id in the post linked by you. Take a look at the plugins please: Quick Links Plugin – for creating note links, and Go to Tag,Notebook (or Notes) via links and by highlighting text in editor – for creating notebook and tag links.
