There's a lot of good bug reports, with reproduction steps and so on, that get posted on the forum. This is great, and it would be even better if they were posted on GitHub directly.
That way, the issue can be referred to when the bug is fixed and it also makes it easier to track what should or should not be fixed.
So if you have a bug, even if you're not sure it's really a bug, please post it on GitHub.

Oh, I'm now reading this in the contributing guidelines:
Feature requests must be opened and discussed on the forum . After they have been accepted, they can be added to the GitHub tracker.
