I looked at user comments on the iOS app store the other day. I must say I am shocked about the number totally unfair, irresponsible often bashing comments. Users who install, play with it for 2 minutes, can't figure it out, and click on "1 star" with some nasty remark. Sure we all know how to ignore this stuff. But I think it's really sad. Apparently it's not moderated at all.
Yes, myself I do call things the way I see them, bugs I do call bugs , and I make mistakes here or there.
What I am trying to say ? I would certainly be unhappy about this if I was an app developer.
The lesson ? I will certainly give the Joplin devs more slack in the future
