Win 10 Joplin 1.3
Something very odd going on. First I couldn't rename in the left panel, the rename box didn't appear. After closing and reopening Joplin the rename box appeared but the name in the box doesn't reflect the notebook or tag highlighted
There was indeed a bug here, and it should be fixed in this release: https://github.com/laurent22/joplin/releases/tag/v1.3.2
