I have a folder in which all newly created web-clipped notes reside in. Periodically, I will review their appearance, and if OK I will drag them into a topic specific folder. These notes were tagged in the web-clipper, so when I select one the tags are displayed at the lower screen adjacent to "Click to add tags..."
When I drag the note I am viewing to another folder, the next note in the active folder displays... however, its assigned tags are not displayed... instead, the tags from the previous note I moved to another folder remain display (not refreshed along with the note that now appears). If I select "Click to add tags..." the correct tags are shown in the popup window, but the tags display at the lower window remain unrefreshed, until I select the note (mouse-click) in the note list.
