What issue do you have?
My issue is cross platform. I run Joplin on my Windows 11 (primarily) but also have clients on Android and Debian 12 Linux. I used the locate image function on windows to use an external editor to crop an image. I was able to force Joplin to show the newly edited image only by relaunching. All is well. But, the edited image is not synced to other instances and probably not to the cloud. It seems that when deciding what attachments to sync there should be a timestamp check comparing local copy to the cloud and then forcing a re-sync of edited items. What appears to be happening is that Joplin is only looking at the filename and not it's attributes when deciding if a sync is required.
