No user support available at all?

What issue do you have?

Is my impression correct that NO SUPPORT WHATSOEVER is provided by joplin ? I am not talking bug reports, feature requests and stuff just regular good old user suppport. There was a problem with my subscription payment and I ended up completey stuck with the attempt to complete the payment.

If by good old fashioned user support you mean a phone line / live chat, then no that’s not available as far as I’m aware. But if you have account / payment issues for Joplin Cloud then yes you can request support on the forum for those kind of problems and you should be contacted on the thread or by private message on the forum within a reasonable timeline
