No notes show up on 3rd device/Zero syncing ever

What issue do you have?

I am successfully using Joplin cloud on my laptop and iPhone, BUT I have never been able to get ANY of my notes into Joplin on iPad. It's empty.

Here's what it says:
Error could not encrypt item
Master key is not loaded.

However, Encryption Config implies everything is fine? (see screenshot)

How can I fix this? Thank you.

The encryption config says you need to enter the decryption password. Did you try that?

I did try that – all it does it dump me onto the master password page that I show in the screenshot. Nothing indicates a place to enter a password.

Your screenshot clearly shows 2 inputs to enter a password (you appear to have 2 encryption keys, so may need to enter the password for both)

See the 2 red lines I have drawn. Those are the places that you need to tap to enter the password

Yep, I read that page wrong. Thank you for calling my attention to it. Entering a password there did the trick!
