New topic in support category not accepting text

Hello, I am trying to start a new Topic in the Support section.

The heading section is accepting text but I am not able to enter any text in the content field.

Is this a general problem or something local to me?

Added:

I was originally running the forum on Firefox. Just to check things out, I have just opened it in Opera and the result is the same.

I have the same experience using both Firefox and Chrome.

Same. When the Support category is selected from the dropdown, the GET request for the Support category form template JSON file throws a 500 error in my developer tools console.

I'm also experiencing this. I'm linking to an upstream Discourse pull request that might be related:

Edit: For context, Joplin's forum uses the Discourse platform. If I attempt to modify the support category's template, I get a "500 server error" page. The linked pull request states that it fixes a 500 error related to topic templates. Since Joplin uses topic templates for the "support" category, I'm hopeful that the linked pull request will fix the issue. (Further context: The pull request is a proposed change to Discourse).

Oo er, I don't understand any of that! Is there a solution in there somewhere?

I've updated the comment with additional context!

For now, please post the support request as a comment in this thread, and I should be able to convert it to a separate topic.

Thanks for the help and this suggestion, sorry but I am not sure how to do this. Please will you explain. Thanks.

The issue seems to be fixed! It should be possible to create posts in the "support" category again.

Thanks. Just checked it out and, as you say, it's working now.
