I cannot create new support message, forum template does not accept my desktop information format

When I try to report an issue or ask for support here, there is a problem after pasting the desktop information copied from the “About Joplin” menu option. The template does not recognize it as a valid Joplin information. Please see the attached screenshot below.

Can anybody help me if there is a problem with my Joplin information format, or do I need to report it, or paste it differently? I have pasted my Joplin information below for checking the format.

Note: Sorry to categorize as Lounge, but was the way to skip the support template and can report this issue.

It isn't the desktop information, there is validation on the version box where it only wants the version number i.e. 2.14.17
