New theme: Aritim Dark

I have created a new theme called Aritim-Dark. It is based on this KDE theme: https://github.com/Mrcuve0/Aritim-Dark

There is also a custom userstyle and userchrome css that goes really well with the theme here: https://github.com/TobiasDev/Joplin-Custom-CSS

The only thing I haven’t been able to change that I would like too is the checkboxes in the note list.
