Theme: Light Theme

Hi everyone,

I wanted a theme that is less dazzling than a white theme but not as yellow as the solarized light, so I came with this Joplin Light Theme and hope you may find it useful.

Sorry I updated the link and removed the plugin tag, it just uses the userchrome.css.

Thanks for updating the link. The #development category is fine for themes. Or #lounge works too.
