New plugin : char, word, line count

Hello,

I have created a new plugin for Joplin, which I needed and did not find. It constantly displays, in a panel on the right, the number of characters, words and lines of the note and of the current selection inside the note.

I have uploaded it to npmjs : https://www.npmjs.com/package/joplin-plugin-char-word-and-line-count

Should I do something else so that it appears in the Joplin Plugins ?

I reckon that this plugin could be useful to people, given the number of feature request mentioning this feature.
