Moving contents of one folder to a primarily desired folder and then deleting the empty folder

How can I move the contents of one folder into a folder I prefer and then eliminate the folder came from and then from there sync it to my Dropbox so that my other Joplin programs on various devices can copy that as it's mean source. I have several folders with various content to them and I want them all in just one single folder and eliminate the others when they're empty.

If you’re using Dropbox sync in Joplin, you can’t change the folder where the files are uploaded to unfortunately
