I wonder if anybody could elaborate on the absolute minimum requirements to your home network, in order to install the Joplin server as effortless as possible, and without a PC running all the time. Of course a standard ISP modem/router alone cannot handle it.
But how about a custom router like an Asus RT68U with Merlin installed ? It has permanent RAM, allows for custom scripts, access to a hard drive or SSD.
Has anybody ever looked into this ? any ideas ?
