please !!! menus are too small for my sight. how can I configure font size of menus /app linux desktop

The simplest way is to use the zoom options

View > Zoom In or CTRL & + = make bigger
View > Zoom Out or CTRL & - = make smaller
View > Actual Size or CTRL & 0 = revert to default (100%)

Can you post a screenshot of which part of the application you mean exactly? Text size in the menu bar on top cannot be changed within Joplin. It depends on your operating system (or the specific Linux desktop environment in your case).

previous commenter solved for me. It needs to be Ctr++ “+” from the keyboard not the keypad. Initially this did not worked for me. I got confused.

I need first column on the left ( list of notes/todos,) and second column in the left ( notes/Nodos within a folder to be larger). I can make my notes fonts bigger easily.

Works as expected.
