Mobile version: Cannot create a notebook at the top level

The prompts require nesting under an existing top level notebook (nb). Eg at the beginning, there's only one top level nb, Welcome! New notebooks need to be under this nb.

PS. Somehow, I've other nbs at the top level ie at the same top level as Welcome! I don't recall if they were created with the desktop version or maybe a redacted/forgotten mobile version.

On the new notebook screen, does it work if you leave the select parent notebook field as the ‘select parent notebook’ option?

It's working. User error as there's a save icon at the top. Was looking for it elsewhere (bottom right) GUI wise.
