I exported some notes from Evernote and want to import them into Joplin on the iOS mobile app. The import works, and I can see the notes in Joplin. However, when I try to edit them, I only see the HTML and CSS code. For some end users, editing with HTML and CSS is not feasible.
How can I change this so that I can edit the notes in a more user-friendly way, without dealing with HTML and CSS?
You have to edit with HTML and CSS on mobile. This is a big constraint--there is no mobile wysiwyg editor. You have to use the desktop app for that if you use Joplin.
Make sure you import markdown. It's very easy to learn markdown; sometimes I prefer to edit markdown directly to get exactly what I want--it's not too bad. HTML codes will look messier.
