Missing Email after registration

Dear all,
days ago I registered for Joplin Cloud Basic with a german mail address and my bank information. The registration was successful, but I did not receive an email with my login data (have also checked my spam folder).Therefore, I repeated the registration with the same email adress, but still did not receive an email. There is also no answer from joplins support (also business-support) team, but the mail from stripe (payment service) announcing the end of my trail and the upcoming payment.

I would like to find out how I can successfully sing up to Joplin Cloud. And since I have no possibility to manage my account so far, I would like to make sure that I do not incur any additional costs after the 14 day test period.
