I use Joplin for my personal use. It would be nice to have a lock option for personal notebooks and individual notes (with a password). No encryption like advanced feature is requested. Just a password. I would be happy

Hi, I have no opinion on this, but it has been discussed a few times. Check out posts around "PIN" or "password protecting" notes for more information on the official line of thinking. This thread has a few good starting points How to protect some notes or notepads with password or PIN?
