This subject comes up very often and has been discussed at length on this forum. Have a search for "PIN", "app password" or "passcode" or something like that. There will probably be quite a bit to read 
This is the entry in the FAQ about Joplin not having a password lock.

I see, actually I searched with keyword lock, but didn’t find what I need. I should use other keywords.

There is a new plugin named joplin-plugin-app-locker. Please try it. I hope it help you.
