Assuming your are using Joplin Cloud, login to https://joplincloud.com/home : what is your total size and max total size?

The first error suggests that you do not have enough drive space allocated to you on whatever service you are using to sync your data. I have found that the second error has been mentioned on the Internet in connection with OneDrive API errors. Sadly, if you do not fill in the support questionnaire, provide any logs or answer any questions it is going to be impossible for anyone to even try to help you.
