Joplin uses too much GPU memory

Hi

I am on Windows 10 x64, I use Joplin 2.7.12

I have a Geforce card with 8GB ram and I see that Joplin is using 500MB GPU Vram. That seems alot for a note taking app given that is how much a 3d renderer might use during actual 3d rendering with the GPU .
