What issue do you have?
The keyboard tool bar icons are missing when editing notes using the RTE. I see this on my iPad and iPhone running 26.2.
This should be fixed in 13.5.3. (See iOS: Icons fail to load · Issue #14063 · laurent22/joplin · GitHub).
