Hello everyone,
My name is Rohit Kumar (itisrohit on GitHub). I’m an aspiring open-source contributor and I’m excited to participate in GSoC 2026 with Joplin. I have experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Electron.
I've already set up the development environment and submitted my first pull request to enable "Cut" and "Copy" actions for images in the Markdown editor: #14476. I have also updated the code to address the initial automated feedback and ensure it meets the project’s quality and type-safety standards.
I'm currently exploring the project ideas and looking forward to making more contributions and engaging with the community!
