Integrate Joplin with Nextcloud collaborative rich text editor

Hej everyone,

Have you heard of: Nextcloud introduces collaborative rich text editor (https://nextcloud.com/blog/nextcloud-introduces-collaborative-rich-text-editor/)

That would be a perfect way to collaborate online with those who have NextCloud and have a “web version”.

I don’t want to be negative about this, but this editor is not usable. It changes your markdown code and formatting at save time. This is totally unacceptable and makes this app useless.
Whoever uses it either doesn’t care about their markdown files or is a Word user who is used to losing data all the time.

I am not a coder, I trust your judgement on that, tessus. But I see that collaborative features would greatly enhance the useability of Joplin into team setups
Maybe it is better to implement this from scratch?

I did not know that @tessus. So you and @krntsck are right, we could start a new extension for nextcloud that could solve some of the collaborative features that Joplin are missing.
