Installing Joplin Terminal using APT package managers

Joplin is awesome.

There are people who does not work with Javascript and want to use Terminal version of Joplin.
It would be awesome if we could install terminal version via apt or other distros standard package managers.

There are already a bunch of community maintained distributions - Unofficial alternative Joplin distributions - so if somebody created a PPA for Debian based systems or something via Pacstall then it will be added to the list but it is unlikely to have an "official" release.

It is also something I've noted here - Terminal app feedback/improvement ideas :

Non-node/npm distribution - Would be nice if this could be provided as a self contained binary with its dependencies included without needing node/npm.
