Hello
I use the pdf reader skim
It can export notes to markdown (and rtf etc)
I wonder if it could be persuaded (!) to export to Joplin?
https://sourceforge.net/p/skim-app/wiki/Tips_and_Tricks/#export-templates
many thanks

Hi, there is an option to import markdown files in Joplin. Does it work for your use case? I. e. Skim -> Markdown -> Joplin.
Hello Yes it sort of does but inelegantly! ̀̀̀̀̀̀̀̀̀And I still have to remember to delete the intermediary md file (I currently export to rtf then copy paste into Joplin, editing along the way, so it wouldn’t be much different). I was hoping that there could be a plugin for Skim that behaved like the webclipper. Too few users to justify I fear. david
