I want to know how to change the time zone displayed on the external link of the note?

It also appears that this date/time is the date/time the note was "published" rather than the date/time the note was actually last updated in Joplin. Mentioned this a while back along with asking if there was an ".env" variable that could change the date displayed from UTC.

The act of sharing a note appears to count as an update of that note. This could give the impression to the person viewing the shared note that the information it shows is more current than it really is. The pics show a note share being created and what is published. [making_share] [share] This "Last Update" is the date and time the share was created. I believe that I understand why it happens, my question is whether it should?
