I turned off auto pic resizing - now I need it on - how?

What issue do you have?

I turned off the nag about resizing - now many pics are too small - need to turn the nag on again
can't figure it out even asking AI

Follow these instructions: Tools > Options > Notes > Set Resize large images to Always ask

EDIT: I found it, I guess the eyes want some sleep!

I also want to change this resizing behavior. On my MacBook Pro I do not find "Tools>Options…" Is there something I misunderstood about where "Tools" is located? I cannot find anything in the preferences either.
