Let's say I have a notebook for "Spanish" and notebook for "Dutch". Under each of these I have a notebook called "Grammar".
Is there any way to specify that I want to search Spanish Grammar, and not Dutch Grammar ?

Unfortunately if 2 subfolders have the same name you’ll get results from both.
I'll make a mental note not to do that and make sure there is something different in the name of both folders
I noticed that
notebook:search doesn't work with quotes or spaces.
Given the above, I would suggest changing your sub-notebook titles to something like "Spanish-Grammar" or "Dutch-Grammar".
