I use Joplin on two different Androids, S26 Ultra, and Viwoods AI-Paper, and on Windows 10. And sync via Joplin Cloud, basic payed account.
Question: I am trying to log into my own web app, and find my synced notes there (eg access Joplin from a browser). But whenever I log into the Joplin cloud, and vi a link goes to app.joplincloud, I either get an error message that I connot be logged in on two instances, or I get a empty of notes Joplin. Yesterday I managed to sync this, and after about 5 hours I could se all my notes in the web instance of Joplin. But , when I close the browser, or try to access my Joplin content via another browser, the same thing happens again.
I think I am doing something wrong, or do not understand how Joplin works. For it canno be that I have to wait 5 hours to get a synced version om mye Joplin notes via web?
Anyone care to explain / help here?

Afaiu the web app is like a mobile app embedded into your browser. Your notes are initially downloaded into your browser local storage and then stay there.
If you close and reopen your browser they should still be there. Just like when you close and reopen a mobile app.
If you use a different browser, it will download all over again because two different browsers do not share their local data.
The mystery is why do your notes disappear when you close and reopen your browser. I hope someone else can chime in. Which browser are you using? If you use incognito mode, it would delete your data every restart and that would explain your issue.

Yes, you cannot open your web app in two tabs of your browser simultaneously, it is not supported.
Also may I ask why you want so much to use the web app? What is wrong with the official Desktop and Mobile apps?
The two instances is not the main point, but rather that if I want to access mye notes on the go (from a random PC, internet cafe, when I have lost my phone, or what not), to get for instance my tickets for a flight, it is very unpractical to wait for the sync to be finished. On Evernote, one simply logs in, and access the note from a browser. I gues the Joplin cloud do not work like this (that the notes are not stored on the cloud itself)?
Anyone have a solution to this challenge, eg, how to access ones note from for instance an internet cafe (and thus one do not want to sync and download all ones notes to the lended PC), whan one has lost PC and mobile (to get tickets, or what not)?
Joplin is offline/local first (unlike Evernote which is cloud first) thus there is no easy solution to get access to all your notes quickly from a random pc eg cybercafé.
In other words, Joplin is designed to run on your own devices. If you travel, you typically have Joplin on at least two devices (laptop and mobile) and you can survive the loss of one them but not both.
If you know in advance which notes you want to consult and are ok with consulting them without being able to modify them, you have a simple solution that will still work on a random pc: publish those notes beforehands and store the public urls somewhere you can access from your random pc. For example store these urls in a special note which you also publish, this way you only need a single url.
If you are paranoid about the loss of your devices mid travel, publishing your critical notes (plane ticket) before your travel and emailing their urls to yourself is good tradeoff imo.
you could give it a try it with a dummy note. but please be aware that you create a link for everyone, even if you don’t promote it it will be reachable for everyone in theory. and with all the crawlers around….just my2cents…
As @Pseudofilosofen said, be aware that published notes are public thus never publish sensitive data. The unique url is hard to guess but who knows.
There is a way to "publish privately" which I do use. Use your own Joplin server and access it via its tailscale ip from your devices. Your published notes are this way only accessible from devices connected to your Tailscale account.
