How to import from Rednotebook

Hello all, I have been using REDNOTEBOOK on linux for a few years for basic journal entries, now I am loking to switch to a easier to use program like Joplin. I would like to migrate my backups for rennotebook over to jolin but I am unsure how to do this.

Would anyone have directions for this? I know I need to convert the files but I am stumped pasted this point.

Any suggestions or previous rednote users?

Never used it but the website says:

and export to plain text, HTML or LaTeX

You can then use something like pandoc to do the html > conversion.
