How to fix "some elements cannot be decoded" message?

What issue do you have?

hello all,
I disabled sync lock and sinchronised all resources across my devices (windows and android).
All went well.
After the synchronisation I get only ONE resource that cannot be decoded on android.
I would like to fix this. I found the resource, but how can I decode it manually?
If I click the TRY AGAIN button (or similar translation from italian) the message reappears after a while.
Is there a way to know to which note is related this resource?

I found the related note by searching for the displayed resource ID.
The note contained a pdf attachment that has not been downloaded (hourglass icon).
I removed the attachment from the note and now it seems gone.
Crossing fingers.
