What issue do you have?

Sometime a while ago a note file must have gotten deleted. I have Joplin backups that go back a year.
How do I find the missing note in the backup file and only restore that missing note?
thanks

On Joplin desktop: Create a new profile in Joplin, import your backup. Then find the note you want, right click it and export just that note. Now you have a jex backup for just one note which can be imported into the desired profile

thanks

i will give that a try

When I restored my notes, I discovered that the ID’s were no longer the same. I had a bunch of external links pointing to specific notes and they did not work anymore. For instance joplin://x-callback-url/openNote?id=88a8a2154afd455fa60ca012412276a0 did not work anymore.
