What issue do you have?

Hi,

I am pretty new to Joplin, but so far pretty happy with it. I use it for all my notes now, since for me it is the best onenote alternative, even though it sadly does not allow pen input.
To get to the point: I am Using Xournal++ for Handwritten notes or PDF annotation on my tablet and Laptop. I currently just attach the PDF and the Xournal++ file to my joplin note at the top, so i can just open the files when i need to annotate PDF´s in Xournal. My Problem right now is, that all the attached files (as far as i understand anyway) Are stored in the .config folder. Which would be fine if my File path on my laptop and on my tablet would be the same, which they are not, the user folder on my tablet has a different name, which i can´t change without bricking my windows installation.
If i open a xournal file on my laptop with attached pdf, it opens the pdf and file just fine. When i now sync that to my tablet, the xournal file will not be able to find the attached pdf, cause the path is different now, basically like "i can not find the file it was last seen here : C/user/myname/.config/ressources". I can just link the file again, which is fine for now, but i need to to that everytime i am changing from my laptop to my tablet and vise versa.

What i want to know is, is there any way to maybe store the attached files or all joplin files somewhere else ? Maybe just directly in my OneDrive folder (where joplin seems to store at least some data, required for syncronization ) , which has the same path on both devices?
I looked for a couple hours now, but could not find a solution to that specific problem i am having... That is why i decided to open an account and hope that somebody here is able to help me. I would really love to keep using my joplin/xournal combo, since it is open source and i am not going back to closed source software like onenote, evernote etc.

Thx so much if somebody reads this and is maybe even able to help me with my problem !!
Have a great day !
