What issue do you have?

I'm having trouble enabling encryption. I'm trying to sync a Windows desktop to an Android phone via Joplin Cloud with encryption. Somehow I managed to get a master key that, even though it is disabled, keeps popping up as the key Android is trying to use. The actual valid key never gets downloaded. I tried uninstalling Joplin on both the phone and the desktop and removing the cache and data on the phone and the AppData/Roaming/Joplin directory on the desktop. I also removed the applications from the Joplin Cloud. But when I try to reinstall Joplin on the desktop, it still knows about my Notebooks and encryption keys. Where is this coming from and how can I get rid of it? I essentially want to start from a clean slate.

You can create a new profile on desktop, sync all data, then delete everything using the Victor plugin, and sync again.

For the keys you can make them disabled if you want
