After using Evernote for 10+ years, i'm ready to move and found Jopiin as a potential successor. So far, i've downloaded the app, imported many of my notes, setup syncing, and read some posts on the forum. One thing I usually require from any company which charges me for a service; they must provide a secure and dedicated method for me to contact support. Not so much for technical issues, but for financial ones. What do I do if my credit card is over charged or double charged? Do I post a question in this forum? Will Joplin respond? How do I share sensitive information with Joplin in a format ONLY they can see? So far, I really like Joplin, but the lack of a secure and dedicated contact method has given me serious pause.

You shouldn't give any sensitive information to anyone on the internet because that would most likely be a scam. We may ask for an email to identify you, but otherwise any financial information is handled by Stripe, our payment processor
