How can you which which Joplin version an iOS release is?

OS: iOS
Version: 10.6.3

I would like to keep my desktop install at a similar version of Joplin to the iOS version I use. Is there a way to tell which Desktop major version matches the iOS version?

Remember that they won't match perfectly because there will be fixes and changes for the platform releases.
Either just check for updates periodically on all devices or check the releases page - Releases · laurent22/joplin · GitHub - you can see that after 1.6.8 was released there was also a release for iOS, Android and CLI at the same time.
