What issue do you have?

I accidentally added "taht" to the dictionary... I tried to delete it following instructions here but the Custom Dictionary.txt does not seem to exist. Was the user dictionary implementation updated sometime between then and now?

In windows :

In Ubuntu 24.04

Did you find the file and did you suceed to follow instructions ?

I did not. Here are the contents of my Joplin profile folder:

$ ls .config/Joplin/
blob_storage/             Crash Reports/            Preferences
Cache/                    Dictionaries/             Session Storage/
Code Cache/               GPUCache/                 TransportSecurity
Cookies                   Local Storage/            window-state-prod.json
Cookies-journal           Network Persistent State
$ ls .config/Joplin/Dictionaries/
en-US-9-0.bdic  fr-FR-3-0.bdic

Ah, it was hiding in the flatpak directory. I switched to a flatpak installation at one point but still had the old config directories present.
