Global string replace in all notes

I migrated my notes from Tomboy with some tools and it seems that all tools with code formatting have [[NEWLINE]] in it.
Now it’s too late to fix it in the conversion process since I already moved some things around.
Is there any way to convert all those [[NEWLINE]] to \n globally?

I just tried this approach and I can’t get the notes imported again because it says “Missing required property: type_:” Although the type_ attribute is clearly included. Is there a documentation of the file format or do you know what could be the issue?

Also it immediately stops importing after this error.
It even fails if I just remove the [[NEWLINE]]. So it is somehow connected to that.

PS: I’ve hidden the note in red for privacy reasons but it contains source code if that’s somehow relevant.

EDIT: Nevermind, figured it out. My editor added a newline as a last character.
