Getting in contact for approval to use Joplin Server inside a company

The license file for the Joplin server states:

2.3 Unless authorised by the Licensor in writing, the Software may be used for personal non-commercial purposes only [...]

We are a six person IT Team that wants to use Joplin (and the Joplin server) for internal documentation (aka team internal knowledge base) - how's the best way to contact the Licensor to get approval?
