Feature Request: Sort tags by number of notes

Description

Currently TAGS are rendered in alphabetical order

I would like to have an option to pick sorting type (tilte, note_count)

  tags with the same number could still follow alphabetical order using title field

Good suggestion. I can't help with the main Joplin app, but I'll add that the alternative panel of inline tags (plugin) supports sorting by tag count (settings --> Tag Navigator --> Navigation: Tag sort by --> Count).
