What issue do you have?
Happy to see my 16k+ evernotes are now into Joplin. So far they all appear great. I use this to teach ancient language. It has over 20k+ notes but using the link replacer when I tried, it only replaced 74 links. the screenshot shows the names are consistent.
Is it happening because the name is not in english but it is in Sanskrit ? The text looks good in Rich text format and in Markdown format looks good. here is a sample markdown.
