Hello, would you mind sharing the notebook that caused the issue?

If all of your notebooks have personal information You can simply create a new notebook with some dummy Pages in it And Export it and see if it fails and if it does Share that one.

I don't use the app myself but I did read about a plug-in that is available for OneNote that lets you export notebooks to markdown format directly and then have Joplin import those markdown directories. You might want to look into that.

One option that I know some people have used when they have struggles is this one.

It is designed or written with Joplin in mind for converting notes that the Joplin import may stumble on. It gives you a series of subfolders with individual markdown files in them and then you can use the Joplin import feature to import markdown directories.
